Description

The PLIOGRIP Plastic Repair 1 adhesive is a 2-part urethane adhesive used for repair of car bumpers, bumper tabs, plastic body panels, interior tabs, ground effects, moldings and claddings. Use the included static mixing nozzle and a dispensing gun to repair most plastics on today’s automobiles.

  • Size: 220 mL duo cartridge
  • 1.0 min work time, 10 min sand time, 15 min to paint
  • Repair of plastic panels and bumpers, TPO, TEO, PP, PUR, AB S, GTX, Bonding of SMC, and fiberglass.
  • OEM approved
  • This urethane technology allows for fast sand times, with no edge roll back.
  • Simply sand the area, apply 8016 Adhesion Promoter (required for TPO, TEO, PP plastics), then apply adhesive, finish sand, then apply finishing cream as a final step.  Allow proper cure between each layer, and before painting.
